Having so many issues with the refurbished tablet my aunt bought while she was up visiting.  The tablet stopped working as soon as she went back to Arkansas. She had to take it in her local Verizon store to exchange it. Not only that, now I'm being told that her plan was not adjusted to lower her monthly payment like the representative touted. Her bill wasn't touched according to her local Verizon store in Arkansas. But the guy was quick to claim he could lower her bill, this and that. I forget his name but he was a prior Marine and wore glasses. She's extremely unhappy with the service.

Corey Guion was a pleasure to work with. Patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and most helpful. Some years ago we bought our phones from the Apple store, not without problems. The New Bern Verizon store has always been great!

Charles Badger was extremely helpful and polite.  After experiencing problems with AT$T I walked across the street with my iPhone 6S and had my number ported to Verizon.  Know I have much better service and am saving money on my bill.  I would recommend going to this store and asking for Charles Badger if you are in the market for a new phone.

There was a small  problem with my order and the sales rep really  took the the time to get my order right and make sure I was totally  satisfied with  my  purchase.

Mike went above and beyond helpful in getting me set up on a Cell phone.  He spent all the  time necessary  and provided solutions to all of the issues we ran into in  reestablishing  phone service on a  legacy  apple i phone.
