Can't say enough about this HIDDEN GEM!!!
From the moment I entered the store, I was totally WOWED!!!  Although it is about a 40 min ride from home, it is my go to store always.  Everyone my husband and I have encountered there has been absolutely wonderful in helping us with any issues we needed help resolving.  The store is beautiful, spotless and very up to date in decor, which makes it an even more relaxing experience.  So much nicer than the Kingston store in convenience of assistance and time wait.  My last visit with Todd  Bailey was extremely helpful.  5 stars all around!!!

Andrew Zipp was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful and nice. And he was all these adjective despite SO many people coming into the store while he was on his shift alone because a coworker couldnt make it to work! He managed to juggle keeping his kind demeanor while giving me 100% focus while helping any customers with quick issues like bill pay while keeping the frustrated customers calm until he could sit down with them. Impressive!

I stopped in after getting my phone in the mail. I worked with Carly and she is new. I was dreading going into the store because ive always had problems with Verizon. She helped with everything I needed and more. I joked and asked if my warranty would come with a free screen protector and she said she would figure it out. She's shipping me a screen protector, and I paid $5 for it. She was kind and patient. I recommend going and asking for Carly. She was awesome.

I just came from this store. I was treated like a valued customer. Aaron took his time explaining my new device. I'm not very technically oriented so Aaron had to take his time with me. He exhibited an extremely high level of patience. I greatly appreciate having found that location and Aaron in particular.
