I have had service with a few carriers over 15 years. Verizon is not only by far the most expensive with the least appealing plan options but they provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The customer service reps do not speak english, cannot explain a bill or correct billing errors. Managers scream at you and provide no service. All in an attempt to rip you off even when you provide them hard evidence that they made the error. 

We are moving on to a better phone carrier. If you value your time and money I suggest not using Verizon.

Had an absolutely great experience! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was prepared to spend an hour or more..( like other locations).. Jack and Aaron had me fixed up in under 10 mins. Thanks guys!!!

Very personable and knowledgeable people in this KIOSK. Take all the time you need to assist with problems or setting up new devices or services. Very refreshing to visit a place like this!

I had an error message on my phone that concerned me. The store rep was very helpful and pleasant as he explained why I was getting the message.
I observed their patience and kindness as they worked with other customers.

I was recently in CO on vacation and my phone died the very first day. Tried to get some help from the Verizon folks in Pueblo...no luck. But when I visited this store, Aaron did a fantastic job of trying to help me through the problem. Rather than force me to purchase a phone on the spot he gave me a 'loaner'. A great example of helping the customer through his problem. Excellent job, excellent customer service!
