This store is BY FAR THE BEST Verizon store I have ever done business with. Customer service is a lost art in this country, but this store has renewed my faith in that. The gentleman that helped me when I purchased my phone 3 months ago was so helpful and knowledgeable. And as it turns out, it was not a fluke. I was just in getting my screen protector replaced and had the pleasure of dealing with a different associate by the name of Casey. Casey was so polite and eager to answer and help in every way possible. I will be recommending this store to everyone I know. My wife is the General Manager of the Prescott Brewing Company and she will be recommending this store to everyone she knows as well. Whatever this particular store is doing, I STRONGLY recommend the Verizon corporate office take notice and duplicate this kind customer service.

Casey J, was So... Professional,  courteous and respectful of me an elderly woman.  You have a wonderful employee and great ,salesman.  If i I was from here and hadn't lost my bank card, I would have purchased a new I pad on sale, as mine is cracked.  Casey will bring you a good amount of business.  I know, as I was a commissioned salesperson when I was younger..

These guys are great. I came back cause my Gmail was working. Eric H was able to get it fixed and fixed my Facebook account. Wonderful gentle they have there.

I've never had such a positive experience with purchasing a phone - Casey was so helpful! Customer service above and beyond. I was stuck at the store for hours because my old phone was having trouble uploading previous videos/pictures of our daughter. Casey was attentive, patient, and supportive to our needs as we worked through our phone issues. I would highly recommend Casey and his Verizon location!

This is the greatest Verizon store I have ever been too, I've been to many. My rep I worked with was Casey, he needs a raise he did awesome.
