Never had the best experience at this store until today! New management and new crew where awesome to deal with! I upgraded my phone and even got set up with a new tablet for FREE! 10/10 highly recommend this place to friends and family!

I went into this store and was greeted right away by the staff! Not even having Verizon I was skeptical to even ask questions walking in! The staff was friendly and curtious and helped me get my issue resolved! My contract is up at the end of the year and I definitely know where I will be going to take my business! Best customer service hands down!

Slow. As. Dirt. Took 5 plus hours. To set up my plan. And get phones. They had only one guy working the whole store.  He was nice but  didn't know much.   Constantly had issues.  Not happy on that part.   They need to train the employees better and have more staff

Jason was super helpful and very friendly. He was willing to help me with problems that I wasn’t finding answers to at other Verizon stores.
