Great place to go for new phones or problems; however, they don't have enough staff or waiting area for the volume of people. The staff is highly knowledgeable, but very busy.

Cody, was a great help to us, very kind and patient. He was able to resolve our inability to connect to Internet from our IPad, something Verizon Tech
Support was not able to do.
