I use this Verizon store a lot. The manager, Sydney, is amazing. She has made my owning an iPhone a pleasure. Every time I go in I'm always greeted with a smile by whoever is working. I'm 67 and my questions and repetitive questions are always answered with patience. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We don’t have to go off island to go to a Verizon store. We have the best one at the triangle in Edgartown. Sidney, the young woman who runs the store, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and unbelievably efficient. I’ve seen her juggle four customers with ease - answering questions, ringing up sales, and solving problems. I hope the company realizes she is an incredible asset.

From he first minute I walked into the store Sidney was more than helpful. She made my whole transition from a flip phone  to an androidad i pad she continues to be helpful 
And is great with customers

Most recent experience was trying with some staff that needed coaching.  Owner/manager took care of everything and personally looked into issue, talked to staff and replaced faulty charger with bran new much better one. Thank you so much for changing my experience into a very very positive one.

I must say Ive had the most awesome experience at your Edgartown MA store with your store manager Brandon T. He was extremely helpful in explaining everything in detail. So very patient, courteous and made you feel like family. Verizon is very fortunate in having Brandon as your manager. Its very rare to find someone like him Anywhere!. Thanks Verizon and thanks Brandon.
