My visit at Verizon was very frustrating I don't believe the employees correctly know how to input information in their computers I was felt very offended when I walk out of their office today I will never purchase anything in that office ever again I'm talking about the Los Lunas office on Main Street there not all employees are bad but some of them are very unprofessional

Worst customer service period came to store to upgrade cellphone had to wait 45 minutes till repsentative asked to help me other customers came in and we're promptly attended to this is the second time I have come into this store with terrible absolutey horrendous customer service skills this store needs some complete re training on how customer service should be done I am now going to cancel service from verizon after being a loyal customer for many years I just cannot accept the fact of poor customer service skills , I told the rep I was looking to upgrade and he smirked and went and said I am going to get a phone not even asking me what I was looking for is this what you call customer service if it is it is a joke...there is absolutely no reason why a fortune 500 company should tolerate this type of customer service absolutey herrendous , and for the other rep to turn around and say my buisness is not important to them as I am leaving has completely made me disgusted with verizon at this point if I could give 0 stars I would...this is how upset I am.

Great service. The associate Christian was very helpful, patient and I walked out with everything I needed. Questions answered and exceeded great customer service.
