I use to always go to the verizon store in Inverness. I had a horrible experience there not once but three times. They had me in tears and I was about ready to change carriers after being with Verizon since 1999. I went in to this store and Jason was there, when he said can I help you, I started to cry and explained to him the issues I had at the other store. Jason fixed my issues, took his time explaining how to work my new phone. I asked him how much I owed him for his time, and he said, just come back to see us. This store is the BEST of the BEST and this will be the only store for me and my phone. Thank you for everything.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything. I appreciate him taking the time to explain everything, and I'm more up to date with my new phone and tablet! He also taught me new things about my phone I didn't know before.
