My husband and I went in to this location yesterday to purchase new phones. Sometimes we dread going to Verizon store because they rush you - you aren't special or important. Not at this location. Brandon provided exceptional customer service, which wasn't a small task. My husband and I both needed phones. Brandon had to transfer our data to our new phones and explain them to us. He, and the manager, Marc, answered any questions we had about the Samsung Galaxy 8+. While we were there, two customers came in, one from another state, and one from another county, just to come to THIS location. 
If you want top-notch customer service, a complete explanation of your phone and treated as if you are special, come to this location. Brandon is the MAN-don!

My son and I had the best customer service I have ever received from a Verizon store. Brandon was absolutely wonderful and took extremely great care of us. Thank you Brandon for making our experience the best ever! Highly recommend this store. 😀

I have used this particular Verizon store for many years  and the staff has ALWAYS been very good. BUT the current staff is excellent!!!
Especially Brandon and Adam. In my estimation they go over and above with their knowledge and customer service.

I have to admit that when I first walked in there, I didn't think I would walk out considering signing up for Verizon. Being a sprint customer, I felt comfortable with my current cellular plan. Thanks to Brandon, I now am considering switching. His warm personality and full knowledge of the company was a very compelling argument. Great customer services is the way you should treat customers and he certainly has that. Thank you

Brandon and Adam are the guys to see! Went in to upgrade 2 phones while keeping my monthly bill down. They were able to get me the newest phones available and still kept the bill low. Both are very personable guys and are there to help you.
