Sean is the best. He spent 2 hours helping me out with a new phone, data transfers and plan changes. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable about my hundred questions. He should be recognized as a star employee as he is the only reason I drive out of my way to come to this location. This is the third time he has helped me greatly and he deserves recognition. As an ops manager of 200 employees I would be honored if he were one of mine. Thank you for your time.

So I went in thinking I'd have to deal with Verizon salespeople that just want to take my cash and make sales. That couldn't be further from the truth about this place. Here they actually take time to understand you and what you need. They listen and do the best they can to help with any problems you may be having. All in all the crew there is very passionate and enthusiastic about you the customer and what they do.

Sam was amazing. So helpful. Great customer service. I know that I can go to her with any question and she will always try to help and figure out anything we throw at her.

I decided to get a smart phone and give. Up a flip phone.  I had done business with Verizonwireless in Mechanicville before and returned I was very pleased and impressed again with the immediate and very personal service. Sean was great with me in helping me learn how to use my new phone. He was knowledgeable and patient with me

Crazy red tape to get my phone fixed (supposed to protect my privacy, but it really needs to be overhauled). That aside, the staff at this Verizon store went above and beyond the call to not only fix my phone but also put me on a more efficient monthly plan. Many thanks to Matt!
