terrible service, old lady made me wait 10 minutes while she and another person helped one customer at the same time that was extremely unfair and rude.  she also lied to my face about my account I hold with Verizon, and I'm taking my business to AT&T

They never did activate my new phone. I cancelled my att contract for verizon.. they said I was all set I left there and I had no seevice. Went back they said they can't do anything more for me. Called Verizon they said it's not a cooperate store and they cannot help me. So now I have a 2 year contract and cannot use my phone.

The sold me a "new" phone which turned out to be used. Don't go here they will scam you and then verizon won't help because they are not a corporate store. Learn from my mistake go to a corporate store apparently retail stores can do what they want.
