Had issue with my bill due to a transaction the shouldn't happen months ago but like always I came to see my favorite rep KARY and she fixed it. She is very nice and understanding person.

Talk about troubleshooting! These people are great! At the Lexington VA Verizon location, I received  OUTSTANDING customer service from Virginia, Crystal, Kary, and Hank -- who went through multiple steps to fix my phone. I'm very grateful to these smart, nice people who are assets to the Verizon company. This kind of excellent personal attention and knowledge should be found in every business. Glad I found it here.
