Being a student at the local university with no car the location was great with a 20 minute walk. My Sony Z3V stopped working and I needed a phone fast. When I entered I was greeted by Brandon who was so helpful and patient. The phone selection although limited had phones ranging in prices from $5 to $30+ a month with contract so there is something for everyone. I loved that no one was forcing some kind of bundle on me or some needless fee. They gave me what I needed and was out within an hour which I wish the corporate stores would do. Best service I've had at Verizon.
