Doesn't even deserve 1 star they don't know any deals that Verizon offer and want give them to you  go to direct store

If you plan to keep your phone more than 14 days, DO NOT use them!!!!! They will do NOTHING to help you!!!!! EVERYTHING will have to be done through the corporate store!! They also do not honor deals shown on the Verizon site! Only have 1 person working most of the time, so there is ALWAYS a wait!
