Went in for a simple accessory. I told them I had only had the other one a short while and was not not working. 2 young ladies, Sterling and her helper. Counted money and left me sitting there, then she tried to find receipt for accessory under my account. I explained that my husband paid cash and if I had to buy another I would. ($43.00 for a new one). She acted put out and rude. When she finally finished the transaction, I began to walk out and slowed down to see if she was going to say Thank you. Of course, she didn't so I just said loudly, "You're Welcome!" Rudest and worst customer service ever. They had such a small amount of inventory, and the nastiest attitudes ever. I suggest making the drive to Killeen to visit a corporate store.
