This location was the fastest, most helpful Verizon experience I have ever had. I went in with an old iPhone 6 looking to upgrade and I had a new iPhone 8, case, and protective glass screen put on my phone in under an hour. Jonathan and Jesus were awesome and helped me with so much. I had issues backing my new phone up when I got home, and I went back to see them and they took care of everything! Their location also replaces screen protectors for free which is incredible and sooo helpful because I crack mine all the time. Thanks so much for such a great experience! I definitely recommend this location.

I was at the store Thursday. I was having some issues. I was helped by Anthony. He was really patient and tried his best to fix my phone. It's having hardware issues. Anyway, he was really great. My one complaint is that one of the other guys there smelled very strongly of cigarettes (and I hate to say it) and alcohol🤢. My wife was uncomfortable and the smell was making her ill. Hopefully this won't happen again. We may be back next week to buy a phone. Hopefully we will have a better experience.

Love the service here! Got an iPhone X on launch day immediately with a case and screen protector. I especially love the people face to face service. Anthony, my sales person I now will only deal with is a very knowledgeable and helpful person. I love everything about this store! The only thing I would like to see here is European Power Converters for the products sold here.

I am very happy with my new phone and accessories and the great customer service I received from Anthony. I was undecided between two phones but he was very helpful and patient explaining the differences and made the decision easy for me. I had to switch carriers and move data from my old phone; surprisingly the transition was flawless. I will definitely be going back to Verizon and Anthony for all my phone and accessory needs.

My husband and I just upgraded our phones which had not been done in quite some time. Needless to say there was a learning curve to the new ones. Jonathan explained everything and was very patient. he made the entire process easier than I expected not like other wireless stores. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Very happy they are in Longmeadow.
