Pre order the 8plus with the free vr gear and both the phone and vr gear was never ordered. They say verizon screwed up but who knows I got the preorder refund but now I'm out the vr gear.

Store full of customer's,  one employee. We left, go to another location. Guy in front of us says he was there an hour, we left after 35 minutes. Staff member never even acknowledged us.
