I've noticed they do not have the same staff they did last time I was in the store and I must say they are absolutely amazing! The young man James who helped me was very polite, knowledgeable, handsome and was able to help me with my problems without hassle. This store has truly turned around and I'm happy to be a Verizon customer!

I went into this Verizon and a red headed guy named James helped me get my straight talk number converted over to a Verizon prepaid phone which was a very very hard task to do but he took the time and effort to make it happen and was successful! He definitely knows his stuff and is a very respectful person!

Great and helpful staff, this is definitely the best Verizon location I have ever been to. I got excellent customer service when I got my new phones and I left with everything better than I could have expected.

I have gone to this Verizon multiple times and every time they have been unable to help me in any way. I needed services switched between my phones and they refused to do it without the account holder (my mom who lives an hour and a half away) there to do it. However, I was able to do it on my own at home. They do not even try to help their customers and refuse service as much as they are able to. When I first walked in I was greeted by a girl who was "on break" and refused to help me but was watching movies and just stared at me as I walked around the store. This is the most useless Verizon store I have ever been to and I will not be returning. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
