We switched to Verizon from another carrier. It has been the worst experience ever and definitely regret it. The whole process ended up taking two and a half hrs. The promotion to switch and they will pay you to do so has proved to be extremely difficult because they can't give us the needed receipts to upload. I should get a military discount and they told us to log in and set it up ourselves, which has not proven to be easy. We call customer service and they tell us there is no reason why the Lebanon staff could not do that for us. We now have to drive to Carmel just to get this straightened out because they are proving to be incompetent. It should not be this difficult, if we could do it over we would not have went there!

Whenever we are faced with a problem or inconvenience with our plan or devices, this is the first place we go. Our family has found that the representatives are always trying to help as much as possible, and even try to find ways to save money! The deals are good, and the entire staff is insanely nice! We will definitely be back!
