I came here for help with my iPhone and Grace expressed a lot of concern for helping me with what is a common problem to them, but a big deal to me because my phone was unusable. I would recommend anyone to come here because they are personable and friendly and take your concerns seriously. They are also very efficient and try to get you in and out.

Associates were great but, being as it is a third party company and not actually Verizon, much to be desired.

Great experience. Knowledgeable staff. Got what I needed and then some. They saved me over $100 on the retail value of my phone. Looking forward to my next phone because of this store. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

These people are useless. When you call the phone number listed , you get a message that the voicemail has not been set up. If you are in the Coos Bay area and need help , contact the people at the Pony Village Mall store. They are pretty helpful. I dont even bother going into the store on Hall ave. even though it is closer to me. Most businesses in the Coos Bay area are pretty decent and helpful. These clowns dont belong here.
