This place is awesome.  The staff was like joking around with an old friend.  It did take longer than expected but it was right the first time and I didn't have to go back. ( like I have at other store's  ). 

As he was on hold with corporate with my problem he took care of other customers.  And as he was the only one in there he helped as many people as he could while working on my problem. 

Thank you so much Derrick M. I'm going to tell everyone to go to your store from now on.

And to the people that said they are pushy are wrong. He did not try to pressure me into anything I didn't want. But then again you are in a phone store and they are just trying to make sure you have what you need

This place is not a Verizon Corp. Store. They make their money selling you product.
