I had just come through a mental health crisis recently, and the customer service person, Justin, worked so very well with my anxiety and in explaining more than I even asked we're new to ask about the phone I was buying. And it was a very quick process. The best experience I've ever had had signing up and buying a phone. thanks a lot Verizon North Vernon!

This place in incredible with is customer service !!! I always leave there feeling like all my questions have been answered. There is a girl there that has expert level knowledge on all phones! I didn't catch her name but she has red hair and gives amazing tips!
