A friend referred me to The Digital Store. After waiting over half an hour at the corporate store down the road, I decided to try this Digital Store out, and I am delighted that I did! The staff was friendly. The manager was who ended up helping me with my problem. He was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I left the store actually having learned something. Such a refreshing experience! Do yourselves a favor, and make this your go-to store!

Terrible.  Store manager wants to argue instead of finding solutions. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! GO DOWN THE ROAD TO CORPORATE

I was trying to get information on upgrading (my upgrade date is a little ways off yet) but the verizon website, live chat representative, AND the live representative at the corporate Verizon store seemed uninterested in giving me direct answers to my questions. I left their store and went to The Digital Store, where a young man cheerfully took five minutes to break down how the cost of the new phone is distributed in the various payment/contract methods; which was exactly what I needed to know in order to make an informed decision. Now, while they can't upgrade me as early as the corporate store (which is ridiculous), I'll be waiting so that they can have my business.

We have been using this store for years now and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this store and any other of the Digital Store branches. They are awesome.
