This was a bad day at this store. The item we asked for, we were told they didn't have. We informed them they had it last week. She went to the storeroom and found it. Then no one in the store could answer our questions about the product. We gave up and went elsewhere. We have had very knowledgeable help at this store before,but not today. Shame on associates for not knowing and shame on management for not training.
