Quynten is such an amaZZZIng young man with a stellar positive personality!  I was having issues with my phone and at my wit's end.  He was very positive, vibrant and calm and not only got rid of the virus (from an email apparently), but he managed to calm me down tremendously and I left there in a much happier mood. I DEFINITELY recommend Verizon Wireless and Quynten to anyone and everyone!!!!

Love my new phone!  I was greeted immediately on entering the store by a busy salesman.  He took the time to make sure I started on the right path as her patiently took care of another customer.  Drew arrived and assisted me in getting the best deal to meet my cell phone needs.  He provided the technical skills to get my new phone up & running to make it a enjoyable experience to get a new phone.

The manager, Tyler, explained and explored all options regarding my wireless account. He had explained everything in great detail. I would highly recommend going to the hollidaysburg store and asking for Tyler!

I brought my mom in to get a new phone on a Saturday. She's not as tech savvy and was a little nervous. The person helping us, Cody, was great with us. He was not only Patient, but was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.  You could tell he cared about the customer and wanted to help, not just get you processed and out of the store.  It was a great experience and left my mom feeling confident and we both left with a smile. Thumbs way up for Cody and this store!!! Thanks!!

The Store manager (Tyler) was so professional, and courteous,  He handled everything from start to finish and even brought my dead iPhone back to life so he could get a back up so I wouldn't lose my pictures as my icloud back up was from a few years back.  He was a joy to work with. First pleasant experience dealing with a Verizon Store!!!!!! = )
