I typically don’t write reviews, but I’m hoping that it may help someone.  I visited this location to ask a question about my account. I was not greeted, not even once. I stood in the store for, roughly 15 minutes and was still  not greeted or asked if I could be assisted. There was only one worker and she was assisting a gentleman. So, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking that she would eventually acknowledge me. However, another gentleman walked in and was greeted right away. I continued to wait to speak with her, being mindful that she was with a customer. It was the end of this gentleman’s transaction and she was sitting there waiting for his contacts to be transferred having a conversation with him. At the very least she could have acknowledged my presence at that point and asked me if I needed some help or what I needed assistance with. At that point, not only did the other customer that came in after me leave, but I left as well. Unfortunately, I will never visit the Mount Pleasant Verizon store EVER in the future and I’ll be sure to share my experience with my friends and family. I will take my business elsewhere. I hope that the associate learns more about customer service and learns to multitask, especially when she is the only one working and she has more than one customer in the store at a time.

I called the Verizon store in Mt. Pleasant, PA to ask for assistance with my new Iphone 7.  Chris answered the phone and I was very much relieved when he told me he would be glad to help me. When I arrived Chris was very knowledgeable with my questions and presented himself in a professional and courteous manner.   I plan to tell family and friends how pleased I was with the Mt. Pleasant store and staff, especially Chris.

I went in there with a small amount of time unfortunately but I did work with Lou Mills and she was super good at her job. She got me in-and-out in time always had a smile on her face and everything was set up before I left to my liking. I left with a note 8 and couldn't be happier with her service.  I would recommend the store and Lou herself to any buddy looking to get any sort of Verizon service.  Top notch.
