I just moved to a new home and was having difficulty with my cell service. I made repeated calls to corporate and was ready to leave Verizon out of frustration. I went to the Groton store and spent under an hour with Daniel who was the most professional, helpful and courteous representative I could have hoped for. He made arrangements for corporate to provide me with equipment to work with my new home. I will recommend this location to any and all, as they have all been very helpful, but my debt is spot on with Daniel! Thank you Daniel!

Daniel has been our go-to guy for the last 2 1/2 years. He is always so helpful and accommodating. He knows everything about all the latest and greatest products and always takes the time to make sure we have all of our questions answered. Wireless Zone in Groton is very fortunate to have him!!!

I've been coming here to see Mike Mugovero for the last 10 years. He is absolutely amazing and spends a lot of time going above and beyond to help me! If I ever have any problems which is rarely if anything it's me trying to find a neat colored case, haha Mike goes out of his way to help me get the one I want! This place is always slammed and everyone does a fantastic job at helping everyone that's waiting. I highly recommend coming to see Mike. He's a hard worker and absolutely loves his job!! Thanks Mike! Oh and not to mention his music knowledge is out of this world!!! 🙂

Peter Genovese, he was so helpful. He talked to me like an adult. I have a smart phone but dont use it like most people. He took the time to answer my questions. Many take my phone and do things. And talk like I am a kid. He also told me some things about the phone. I have been with Verizon for years, and have enjoyed the service. I am in Groton. I like the new look BUT there are no chairs for people to wait. I am disabled and cant stand long. I have come in to talk to someone and it was busy.....after coming in 5 times I got here when they opened. All my pictures were gone. Peter looked everywhere on my phone, the computer and couldnt find them. I have taken many of Peters cards to hand out. I highly recommend Peter and appreciate you hiring him. I will continue with Verizon because I really HATE smart phones. I have had over a year and dont use it the way normal people do Peter helped me so much. I wanted to let you know how wonderful he is. I thanked him many times, thank you. Sincerely, Patty
