I paid $35 to have my phone transferred to another phone. I've never paid this price at a Verizon premium store. Had to do it right away because it was too late to go to another store and my phone was broken. Needed to quickly change for business purposes. The gentleman that helped me was nice and didn't have any control as to the charge. All he did was transfer the cards and turn the phone on. I could have done this myself if they would have told me this. This place was seriously a rip-off to me and I feel that they have taken advantage. I still need to purchase a new phone but will absolutely not do so with this place. Contacted Verizon Wireless Customer Support and they said that they aren't affiliated with retailer stores.

We purchased 2 iPhones here today with Michael and he was extremely patient. After upgrading from a basic/flip to a smart phone for my both parents we were very pleased with his time & attention to detail. In addition, he saw we were eligible for an updated tablet for free so he did that too. Definitely will be back if we have any questions! Thanks!

I just upgraded today, and I also upgraded 2 yrs ago at the New Windsor store. Christina and Michael are very knowledgeable and so helpful. They go above and beyond to answer all your questions and make sure you are fully informed about your phone.
