Matt & Jacki, you two rock. If you ever have a question about your cell phone or bill. These two will make sure your taken care of. They both went out of there way to see why my phone was having issues. I left having a new phone and plan. This is the only store I would recommend to service my cell phone needs.

Can not rave enough about the positive experience I recently had. I had been told by no less than 7 people that there was no way to unlock my daughter's iphone (that she locked herself out of.) From the warmest greeting to the professionalism and dedication to fix the problem; Sharnel Smith and Jenall Roane not only did the impossible but made it seem effortless and with a smile on their face. Thank you ladies! You knocked my customer service experience out of the ball park! I will definitely only deal with you ladies and send my friends and family straight to you!

Matthew Boarman is an outstanding salesperson for Wireless Zone.  He guided us through a process we find intimidating, and ended up saving us money.  I cannot say enough positive things about this young man.  We highly recommend him for your next wireless need.
