Mobile Generation was founded as a Verizon Premium Retailer in 2009. We are independently owned and operated by a local Midwest team. We have purposely sought to recruit technically knowledgeable employees that excel at customer service. We want to provide a better experience than going to a generic corporate store. We able to provide a level of service that is uncommon in the cell phone industry. We want to create lifelong customers – a lofty goal in retail. We welcome anyone to come in with questions about your phone and even if you did not buy it in our store, we are happy to help you learn about new apps and features and work through any issues that you have. Our goal is to give you a reason to tell a friend about your “surprisingly helpful” trip to the cell phone store.
