Went into this store as with five devices billed to my account I have quite the phone bill. Went in to discuss how to decrease my bill and understand the charges in detail. Spoke with Patrick and he was excellent. Printed a current bill and spent time walking me through it and helped me make changes that would result in lower charges. Everyone seemed very professional however I think it really depends on who you get as a representative as to your experience.... This review was from an experience a few months ago but I just found his card and had always meant to write this review because his attitude and service were excellent. Ask for Patrick if he is still there!

In the 2 min experience I had walking into this store it was foul and unnecessary to say the least. I did get there at 8 when it was closing which I take fault for however, to my knowledge I don't ever go to that store and didn't know they closed earlier cause most retailers close at 9 so I figured I had an hour left. As I was walking in one gentleman (he was nice) told me they were closed and me still thinking like a customer tried to plea my case to pay my bill that's due tomorrow. He didn't get a chance to reply when a woman comes in and say "obviously we are closed and the systems shut down" I replied I obviously did not know that, I do not work there nor do I know about the system. She continues and shows me the hours on the door and says I could have looked at there website before I come there. Now she is correct I could have if I wasn't driving or in the area already. She was rude and obviously could tell she wanted to leave quickly. Guess she must not like her job. I'll never go back. Thank you!

I visited the kiosk in Quaker bridge mall this week. I had serious phone issues and the two young guys (I am pretty sure their names were Moe and Nick) went above and beyond to ensure I left happy and satisfied. In fact, I was so pleased that I brought my mom in the next day so she could receive the same service as I did. She too was amazed at how great the costumer service was. It's rare today to find young adults taking pride in their jobs and working to have repeat cutomers, and these employees went above and beyond. I would recommend this kiosk any day!!!

I needed to get setup with a new device that I purchased from BestBuy. They only sold the phone ... directed me to Verizon in Lawrenceville. That's where I met Patrick. He is excellent. I've had to visit the store twice to obtain info and asked for Patrick. When told someone else could help me ... I allowed that WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. If ever I need anything I ask for Patrick even if it's a five minute conversation. What an asset he is!

Verizon wireless has absolutely the worst online support of any company I have ever consulted. I have spent over 2 hours trying to get a real person on the phone. My credit card company compromised my credit card and I have to give Verizon a new card. Every time I try, it goes to my cable bill. When I get to the phone part of the website, all I get is ads. The calls end with the recording saying, "I', sorry you are having trouble." The in a blithe, totally unconcerned voice... "good-bye." No options. No help. You can no longer pay over the phone." This is 1 star minus.
