Ramona is the worst. She always has an attitude and is very rude. I am always lied too just to get money. Never keep their word. Always only like three employees working. Takes forever to get seen. Do not go to this Verizon. Worst one I've ever had to deal with.

My bf added me to his plan and i ported my number from my old service over and not only were we I'm the store almost two hours but they screwed up and 24 hours later my number still isn't ported very disappointed

They seemed very nice, helpful, understanding & explained everything in-depth. :-)

The employees were confused , as to how to use Android phones - when they BOTH have Droids. They also used Jesus ' Name in vain.
