Came to this store to switch from AT&T. The staff is friendly and helpful and made it a smooth transition, plus huge savings. Everything they offered made good on. Great experience and highly recommend.

NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE. They billed me every month for one year for a phone I returned and paid a restocking fee to return. I have spent the last two months, multiple visits to the store, multiple phone calls and text messages to get a refund for the illegal charges. They have yet to fix the situation. Also, after calling the corporate office to complain, I find out there is nothing they can do because they aren't even a REAL Verizon store. They are just a middleman franchise using Verizon's name, but they have to go through Verizon to do anything. That's why when you go in there for a service, they have to be on the phone talking to a real Verizon representative to help you. They also charge you for services that are free through Verizon, if you are a Verizon customer. Worst experience with a cell phone provider ever. They don't follow up if you have issues. They don't call you back. They have to call Verizon to get anything done for you. And they charge you for free services. They secretly billed me $132 for a phone I returned and then send me a bill for the remaining balance of $82 after I switched to Straight Talk. Had I never switched, I wouldn't even know they were billing me for that phone. That phone I paid them a $35 restocking fee to return.
