Cheyenne was amazing. She explained things really well so they were easy to understand all the ends and outs and would be no surprises on our bill. Both Cheyenne and Dustyna were very polite and professional the whole time.

Stephanie was fantastic. The computers and everything they use to help customers were far from adequate as they would restart and were all together a very slow process but this was not the fault of the workers there by any means. They were courteous, kind and professional the entire time. Overall despite spending longer there than we would have liked, it was a very pleasant experience.

This is a busy store so I always expect a wait. Worth it. They know what they are doing and have always taken care of me and my account. Great customer service. The manager has been there for years and can answer any question I throw her way. Staff is well trained also and know their stuff. I won't go anywhere else.

Extremely happy with the customer service in this store. Came in with a couple questions and left with a brand new phone and tablet! Gray was so patient and efficient.
