Great experience. Awesome customer service and exceeded my expectations greatly. No need to drive all the way to Hickory for excellent customer service. Always ask for Garrett: nice, friendly, and extremely informative when it comes to cell phones, and technology in general!

Being here reminded me why I switch to t mobile out of chargers didn't take time to deliver customer service to busy chitchatting with friends and family

Manager and employees inattentive. Left my NEW phone for repair (speaker) and after 2 weeks I called to ask when it would be fixed. He told me it couldn't be fixed and replaced it with a used phone!
