I have obtained my last two Android phones at this location. The Ridgewood store is much more efficient and professional than the E. Hanover Vz store.

When I was here the latter part of summer, Brian Y. was able to upgrade my phone within 40-or-so minutes prior to the end of the store's business hours.

Although he insisted the timing was not an issue, I will be sure to get there earlier next time. (smiling)

Great people and great store. Walked me through the sign in process, porting of my old numbers with zero hassle and quickly. This is definitely my Verizon store going forward.
