Great location and staff

The people that work there were rude to me the day I was in there. I called the actual Verizon company to report how rude they were.

Was in there the other day and being I was the only one thought it wouldn't take that long to get done. They had to call the Verizon actual number cause they couldn't do it here. After 30-40 minutes I left the store having wasted time cause it never got done. I was given a number to call to do it myself. When I had asked a couple of days before I had the paper work I had been told that they could do it there.
