This place is awesome! After a horrible experience at the other store on Black Friday, I came down to this store to see if they could help me get an iPhone for my daughter. Jake was so nice and explained everything so that my old lady self could understand. We will definitely be back!!

Was in the other day and heard my favorite Verizon worker moved to missoulla, so I thought I would write a review to thank her!!! Talia Nichols shines as an employee at copper city. I have been with verizon well over 10yrs & I continue to be impressed with their employees, But Talia is a true diamond in the rough. I had purchased a phone from cell plus (should be sell plus--they do NOT CARE about their customers!!!!!!) and I brought it to copper city for help. Talia walked me thru every part of the phone. she was so kind and patient, and she went above and beyond for me. I felt bad asking for help when she had not sold me the phone and she said 'before you are a cell plus customer or a copper city customer, you are a Verizon customer. This is my pleasure'. WOW!!! Talk about someone raised right. Butte was lucky to have her and Missoula is even luckier!!

Instead of spending money at Cellular Plus - where not only is not locally owned, but you're a number and not a person, come see if Copper City can't get you done, and set your expectations on service, miles above the average.

If I could give this a negative star I would.  I wanted to change my plan and was told it would only cost me a little more (maybe 30.00) than I was already paying. The way they changed the plan it would actually cost me about 60.00 dollars more.  When I called to ask why and tell them I was not going to pay that much more they did not explain why the large increase or offer to find a solution.  I called the verizon support #611 and after a long wait (which was worth it) I received the best customer support.  Copper City had set me up with four lines on my account which caused the large amount - I only have two lines.... Horrible experience.  I will go out of town or work with the online support people from here forward.

Update:  The manager contacted me per this review.  He was genuinely concerned about the service I received.  At the end of the conversation I was satisfied that the manager will correct the issue and moving forward service will be better.
