Have been in this store about 5 or 6 times over the last couple years and I can tell you that this is what professionals should act like.

Today Kenny helped me out again.  Last week I went in just to look around and see what they had.  I'm a prepaid customer and really broke from continuing my education.  Kenny helped me both times and didn't seem to mind that I 'm a very poor adult college student.

Kenny helped me find a phone that would work well for me, answered all of my questions and helped me find an accessory I needed.  He is also just a super calm guy who has a great personality.  It's just so rare today to find anyone in a retail store who knows their products and does their job so well.  The guy is a winner!

A few months ago I went in because I needed to reactivate my jet pack and the people over the phone with Verizon customer support are clueless idiots or they probably are at some call center in Indonesia with a gun to the back of their head.

The man who helped me, sorry, his name might have been Jason, slogged through getting my jetpack reactivated so I could have internet even though Verizon said it was going to be impossible.

Previous to this I have had other issues and have never left this store wanting to throw something or abuse an animal, like how I feel when I leave the nearby ATnT store.

This review should really be 4.8 stars because they don't have comfortable furniture to wait on.  If they had a big comfortable couch than this would be America's perfect cell phone store.
