Trying to buy a new phone, sales person didn't get all the accessories the first transaction, so charged my card a second time. Then I reminded sales person of promotions I wanted, which resulted having to refund my card, then charge it again.  When the final invoice was finally presented to me, it has service charges that were not discussed and were not on the previous invoice. When the manager got involved he showed no customer service, wouldn't even look me on the eye. So I will not take my business there again.

Sells you a tablet but never carries the cases for it and cant find the size I need.  They need to tell you they dont carry cases.  Wont even order one for ya.  Twice this has happened to me.  Please let the consumer know you dont carry cases for these.  They do not have the accessories you need😠

HORRIBLE!! NO ONE acknowledges you when you walk in the store. NO ONE says that they will be with you shortly. They just expect you to stand there and wait forever. How RUDE. What horrible customer service. I would not recommend this store to ANYONE. OMG! How frustrating. Makes me want to leave Verizon.

This place doesn't get the rating for the Verizon part of the store because I don't deal with Verizon it gets the rating for the radio shack side of the store
