I went with my husband for his road test, we reached 15 mins before the appointment but there was no one at the office. We waited 45 mins and then someone opened the office. To our dismay there were already 3 people before us. They don’t accept appointments by their schedule time. You have to wait for the backed up people. I spent around 3 hours waiting for my husband to go for his test. In meantime my observation was that they were giving license to the young and beautiful even though they parked horribly right in front of me during their test. This is from at least 7 people I saw during my wait.
Unfair, judgemental and unorganised DMV. Why do they need to know if you are a resident or not in beginning of the test? I think it influences their judgment. Resident or visa holder paper work should definitely come in picture but after the road test is complete.

Service Counters and only 2 with someone actually behind it. So much of this facility is not used and the customer suffers because of it. Staff was polite, but I don't understand why you can't just get another counter going so that turn around time is more efficient. It's like having a line out the door to a restaurant and you only have one table open. Unnecessarily slow.

You expect DMVs to have a low rating, that is the running joke, right? This one is more or less in and out. The staff were very helpful as I navigated purchasing my first car and processing all of the paperwork. They were patient with me too, which is wonderful. Parking is good and there is minimal wait.
