The staff is doing its best, they are polite and helpful, and they are doing a very large volume of work. The location is not ideal, small and crammed, and yes, long waits. I used Springfield several times. It's faster and nicer but I appreciate the convenience of having an office close to Brattleboro.

I just want to call. I've been calling every Monday or Tuesday for three weeks, and the damned phone never works. I'm not going all the way down there to just make an appointment.

Call before going. The times listed are not accurate and are deceiving. They need to have a permanent office down here.
