Had an incredible experience at this office. Realized the afternoon before my flight abroad that my passport had expired. The staff graciously took me in right before they closed (on Black Friday without an appointment) and got me a new passport within an hour. I was in disbelief. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating and made the process seamless, though I'm sure it was an inconvenience to them. Thank you!

Fantastic experience. Staff helpful, friendly and cheerful. My son's friend discovered the night before travel to Canada his passport had expired. Got to St. Albans office by 11 a.m., had passport by 2:30 p.m. and in Montreal by 5 p.m. Even more amazing is I had called the number at 9 p.m. the previous night hoping to make an appointment and got a live person who was super helpful and told us everything we would need.
