Kara is incredible!  You want her on your team, ‘nuff said.  In all seriousness, she really went above and beyond.  I’ve never worked with a realtor who made me feel like I can trust them to do right by me. I trust Kara and will absolutely work with her again. She puts in a LOT of work, really knows her stuff, and helped get me into an amazing home. I don’t see myself ever working with another Realtor as long as Kara is in the game.  Thank you Kara and Vermont Real Estate Company, for everything!

Bryce set us up with a set of filters and an easy way to browse properties, take notes and start categorizing what we like, as well as what we’d want to avoid. Bryce was quick to resopnd, set-up showings quickly and was early every time I met him.

I went from “I’m renewing my rental lease” to “I’m definitely buying a house”, to closing on a home in under 3 months. In December in Vermont, doing that without a hassle or aggravation says a lot.

I cant overstate how capable, diligent and fun Kara was to work with. I'm the first person to be skeptical of rave reviews but the truth is Kara is simply fantastic. 

Kara immediately started looking for homes and had this great way of being open to any idea that I might be interested in but also ready to change directions if I just wasn't loving it. 

She was also a great advocate / negotiator. Kara was very willing to make the ask on my behalf to get the best deal for me she could. 

Lastly she was just fun to work with. Easy going and down to earth but also very professional. I really cant say enough how much I enjoyed working with her. 

The home I bought was a small condo so she doesn't reserve great work for big deals only. 

I will only be working with Kara on my next home purchase.

Kara helped me find a home that was a perfect fit for me. I had my mind set on a condo still outside of town, but she helped me find a large townhouse a little further out that is much nicer, almost twice the size, and feels like a private home. She was not pushy at all, and supported me as I changed my mind back and forth over time. She even cut down on her compensation to avoid the seller asking for a higher price from me! I will definitely contact Kara again when I go for my next home with a grand mountain view :)

Kara was professional, accommodation, and very knowledgeable.  She made the whole process very easy and was very prompt in answering questions or getting information.  Kara went above and beyond and we would recommend her in a heartbeat.
