What a horrible experience, the lady taking my order mumbled the entire time, I had to ask her to repeat herself several times, and each time she seemed more annoyed than the last. Once the order arrived I was missing part of the order. When I called to resolve the issue, the same lady who took my order was yelling at me. Ultimately, it was the result of poor communication, however, I don't feel I should be yelled at when I've made a purchase, I was quite courteous and I expect a similar demeanor when dealing with anyone. Someone then took the phone from her, I assume a manager, and he spoke with me on the issue and explained where the unfortunate communication was to blame. I then told him I needed to order the additional lunch, he then uttered an expletive and completed the order. Ultimately, I won't return due to such poor customer service

I was going to order from a flyer I received but decided to go online to see what was on the supreme hoagies and what types of cheeses they had. After deciding what I wanted I chose to print out the menu. Good thing I did!! I happened to notice a very small note on the front that read no pork products. This small note wasn't on the flyer I planned to order from! I called Verona to verify this and the lady and she said they didn't use pork products. Their ham, sausage and other pork products were made from turkey. Not a bad thing unless you're extremely allergic to turkey, which I am!! I told her this and she laughed at my situation. I then tried to tell her that the flyer didn't state this and I wouldn't have known about it had I not printed the menu. She didn't care and only wanted to know if I was going to order. When I said No she hung up!! I am in customer service and would never treat one of my customers like this!! I promise I will never eat at verona!!!!

Went there and they told me I had to wait for 45 minute and I ask them wifi and they said they don't have but I see they have wifi then I ask them I saw your wifi here and lady rudely said they won't gave wifi password to one time coustmer .. I end up waiting for 1hrs and they don't have change for 50 now I have buy 5 dollars extra to make it even .. won't go back suck .... have wifi password next time

Worst experience ever. Waited an hour and 45 minutes for delivery. Called and asked if they were on their way and they said the driver was in route. Called 15 minutes later and still they told me my driver was in route. I called a third time and the lady said do you want to cancel your order and hung up on me.... not a very good way to run a business.
