I'd highly recommend Dr. Tilden for anyone who wants a top notch doctor helping them get healthy. I've been a patient for over 10 years and she has helped me with numerous issues like headaches, neck and back pain, intestinal problems and even helped me get healthy so that I could get pregnant late in life. I'd give her 6 stars if I could :)

Dr. Tilden is very caring and empathetic.  She helped me when all the other doctors I saw, told me I would never get better.   I did get better.  I trust her knowledge completely.  I have moved several states away from her, but still consult her over the telephone regarding my autoimmune illnesses.
