What a terrible snooty experience. The vibe in that office must be awful, half the staff, was miserable. The one tech that has been there for years was very professional and respectable, the optician I dealt with had terrible people skills and a generally grumpiness. The second tech I dealt with was the word I can't use on hear simply because I was misunderstood on what contact I wore and if it was available, she runnied my morning with her general miserableness and if that's the service they want to be known for well have at it, but I want no part of it. I'll shop local and support local ..... if service is above par. Definitely below par here

Always excellent service, Appointments are on time and done in a timely manner. All staff are very kind and courteous. I am diabetic and Dr Meeker takes it very serious and does what he can to keep my eyes healthy. Had many years of going to other eye doctors and still having issues until I went to Vestal Eye Care. Within a few months my eyes were getting better. Now I have no problems and can continue to wear contacts.

I've been a patient from the beginning. Dr. Meeker is personable, professional and a good businessman. He was an early adopter of electronic medical records and always takes advantage of new technology. I am confident that I am getting the best personalized care here; something I'm not sure I could say at the national chain stores.

Never had to wait more than 2 minutes for someone (except waiting for my pupils to dilate) . Very timely. Had a great experience. Very understanding people.

As usual I do not like the field test but it went quickly for me. The disappointment was the left eye (good eye) was not showing good results. Appreciate Heidi's presence to consider continuing the drops in the left eye ( which I am not doing at this time) for preventive measures. Have not like doing drops for 30 plus years as I see not differences in pressures but if they are preventive I am ok with them. Always kind regards, robin
