We have used VetCare Montana for 7+ years.  We have both a dog and a cat.  They are always very friendly and are willing to listen and answer questions.  They are also willing to take the time to consider alternatives and explain what we are doing and why.  We use them for our vet needs and also boarding. They always make us feel welcome.  We have also experienced the loss of a couple of pets while using VetCare and they kind, compassionate and understanding in that difficult time.  I would recommend them without hesitation!

Vet Care Montana has the most attentive veterinarian and assistance I have ever seen.  Dr, McGee is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all tests and results.  I've taken cats and dogs to Vet Care Montana and have been pleased with the results they have had.

They have a caring spirit.  Allow payments for 6 months. The ladies are gentle with my shih tzu girls.  I trust Dr. Spring Vet there.

We were on a trip to Montana in our RV over Labor Day when our dog, Teddy, became ill on the way.   The RV park recommended Dr. McKee and VetCare.  We called early Tuesday before they were even scheduled to be open and someone answered and we told them what was happening.  They immediately told us to bring Teddy in.  Dr. McKee was so nice and helpful.  She diagnosed the problem and sent us on our way with antibiotics and prescription dog food.  We brought him back before we left 5 days later because we thought he was still having problems and she saw Teddy a second time as they were closing for the day at no charge.  What a nice staff as well as Dr. McKee!  We so appreciated their help and wanted to thank them all.

Unfortunately this was an emergency situation where our dog was attacked on a weekend and this was the on call vet. I beleive the vet was in a hurry to get back to an event and wasn't thorough in her examination and only addressed the visible wounds. Our dog died later that night after being told that other than him looking bad she thought he would be fine. I think under normal working hours she is a good vet just not in after hours situations. A call back after we notified her office the next day to say I'm sorry would have went a long way. We will drive to Missoula or Kalispell next time if there is not another vet on call.
