Details:
8/7/2016, I brought my two cats for shots. First cat had no problem to get shot; but next 4-years old cat was rejected to have shot by Dr. McCann;
because this cat was nervous; and pee inside my carrier. I explained to her why this cat was nervous: because the cat had a successful surgery in TWO YEARS AGO; so once I took him to vet, he feel nervous; and his health are OK. Dr. McCann gave this cat a cold-shoulder; and told me to TAKE THIS CAT TO EMERGENCY VET AND REJECT TO GIVE HIM VACCINE.
I understand people can choose ether to love/like cats or not; but as a vet doctor, you should CARE about animals; and give customers' professional advice - not ask me take the cat to emergency vet JUST BECAUSE YOU DO NOT LIKE HIM OR PEED INSIDE MY CAT CARRIER, AND WITHOUT ANY CHECK???
